First, you need to chose which reputation you want to keep when you are done with the achievement, The Scryers or The Aldor.
You can't have both on the exalted at the same time, so, pick the one you don't want to keep as first reputation, after you get it on exalted, you'll lose it for the other one.
The Aldor
Hated - Neutral
More Venom Sacs quests grants you + 250 reputation with The Aldor, you need 1344 Dreadfang Venom Sac equal to 168 turn-ins for non-human race to reach Neutral. Dreadfang Venom Sac is dropped by Dreadfang Widow and Dreadfang Lurker.
Neutral - Honored
Turning in 10 Mark of Kil'jaeden to Adyen the Lightwarden will grant 250 reputation with Aldor, this is repeatable quest and you can do it up till honored, You need 360 Mark of Kil'jaeden to hit Honored (Non-Human). You can either buy them from auction house or farm them. Good place to farm them would be in Nagrand. Orcs at Kil'Sorrow Fortress also give reputation with Kurenai or Mag'har depending on your faction.
Honored - Exalted
For the last part turn x10 Mark of Sargeras to Adyen the Lightwarden. You will need 1320 Mark of Sargeras to reach exalted (Non-Human).
You can also turn Fel Armament to Ishanah at any time, this gives 350 reputation for non-humans per hand-in.

Hated - Neutral
More Basilisk Eyes quests grants you + 250 reputation with The Aldor, you need 1344 Dampscale Basilisk Eyes equal to 168 turn-ins for non-human race to reach Neutral. Dampscale Basilisk Eyes are dropped by Stonegazer, Dampscale Devourer, Damscale Basilisk, Ironspine Petrifier
Neutral - Honored
Turning in 10 Firewing Signet to Magistrix Fyalenn will grant 250 reputation with Aldor, this is repeatable quest and you can do it up till honored, You need 360 Firewing Signet to hit Honored (Non-Human).
Honored - Exalted
For the last part turn x10 Sunfury Signet to Magistrix Fyalenn. You will need 1320 Sunfury Signet to reach exalted (Non-Human).
You can also turn Arcane Tome to Voren'thal the Seer at any time, this gives 350 reputation for non-humans per hand-in.
